About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced administration officer/assistant to join an established NSW Government organisation.


Duties:

  • Provide a wide range of administration & support services, including (but not limited to); data entry, document preparation, reporting, minute taking, distrubuting meeting agendas, etc.
  • Respond to and resolve complex enquiries and issues to ensure the provision of accurate information
  • Assist with customer enquiries & correspondence
  • Provide with administrative duties such as; documentation, processing, lodgement and resolution of issues

Skills & Experience

  • Minumum 1-2 years experience in an office administration role
  • High data entry speed & accuracy
  • High level of empathy and resilience
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Previous customer service experience is also required
