job description

Randstad is currently seeking experienced and confident administrators for multiple new and exciting contract opportunities. We are working closely with a large, well known industrial client that operates across different locations in the Perth metro area.

As an experienced administrator you will be working closely with a reputable company where you will have the opportunity to utilise and grow your skill sets.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

  • Take responsibility for being the first point of contact and ensuring that high quality of service is delivered at all times on the phone, emails and in person.
  • Taking accountability and ownership of client queries
  • Going above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service
  • Perform general administration tasks.

Your skills and experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in administration
  • Experience in warehouse / logistics highly desirable
  • Strong and flexible customer service attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Autonomous and driven work ethic
