    Randstad has an exciting opportunity for an experienced administration officer to join a building insurance company on the Gold Coast.

    Ideally you will have industry backgrounbd and strong administration experience as you will play an integral part of the smooth operations of insurance jobs and completion.


    Key responsibilities -


    • Responsible for entering new insurance jobs into the system including an changes needed throughout this life cycle including reporting on these
    • Ensuring quotes are accurate and put into the system in a timely manner
    • Liaising with subcontractors when required to assist with schedules, workflow and completion of jobs
    • Completion of invoices and uploading accurate information in multiple clients portals
    • General administration including answering the phones enquiries, emails

    Ideally you will have -


    • Experience within the construction industry is desirable however not essential
    • Strong administration skills and high attention to detail is essential
    • High attention to detail
    • Strong reporting and data entry skills
    • Contracts administration experience highly regarded however not essential
    • Construction industry experience a bonus
