Our Governement client located in the CBD of Bathurst is looking for an experienced and motivated Administration officer, knowledge in Accounting would be beneficial.

You will be highly motivated, dynamic and have exceptional communication skills. Some of the tasks you will be responsible for carrying include, but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with customers face to face, on the phone and via email
  • General administration support to all departments – filing, printing, shredding and archiving
  • Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
  • Co-ordinate office events
  • Maintaining and upkeep of manual/computerised records with accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage an increased workload
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

This role is a full time contract role until the end of March. Full time availibility is required.
