Randstad’s dedicated Government Team have been partnering with Local, State and Federal Government Departments and Authorities across Australia for over 25 years.

Randstad are currently working with a range of clients seeking experienced Administrators. Our clients are looking for the right candidates with Government experience to join there faced paced department.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Internal and external stakeholder communication
  • Providing general administration support
  • Document management
  • Email management

We are looking for Candidates with:

  • Government Experience and or 1+ year in a similar role
  • Profiency in MS Suite (TRIM & SAP beneficial)
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Be hard-working, punctual and organized
  • Excellent written and analytical ability, in particular accurate spelling, alpha-numeric data entry and qualifying data
  • Work effectively and autonomously to specific deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
