Booming NSW Government Organisation with exciting opportunities for an experienced administration specialist to commence in February.

Working within a dynamic team and working in a contact centre in an inbound/outbound environment, this opportunity will allow you to utilise your previous customer service experiences and communication skills in a similar role and ensure the smooth running of this contact centre.


Your main responsibilities will include:

Working within a dynamic team and working in a contact centre in an inbound/outbound environment, this opportunity will allow you to utilise your previous customer service experiences and communication skills in a similar role and ensure the smooth running of this contact centre.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • To provide quality and efficient business support services to Customer Delivery and contribute to a multi-skilled, engaged and flexible Business Support team that fulfils requests and tasks effectively, and achieves client experience and business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Deliver accurate and timely work in order to ensure that Customer Delivery can perform its function well, and serve its customers.

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Proven recent customer service experience, within high volume phone based environment and use of a CRM system
  • Highly effective verbal communication skills, with a focus on active listening
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to demonstrate empathy, resilience, and problem-solve
  • An ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment with computer competence being a must
  • Availability to commence in February 2019/March 2019
