About the Role:

We are seeking a professional and dedicated administration officer to provide a wide range of administrative services and provide business knowledge to support and facilitate the delivery of business operations.


  • Provide a range of administrative and support services
  • Respond to and resolve complex enquiries and issues to ensure the provision of accurate information
  • Develop, implement & monitor office systems
  • Prepare documentation & collate information

Skills & Experience

  • Previous office administrative experience is required (min 2 years experience).
  • Experience in processing high volume of applications, documents and inputting data into systems.
  • An ability to manage difficult tasks and respond to deadlines.
  • IT and computer navigation skills - touch typing, using databases.
  • A high level of resilience and empathy.
