The Role
My client has a great opportunity available for an Office Manager/Operations Coordinator to join their close knit team. This is an exciting position working for a global pharmaceutical company. The role will be varied with no two days being the same. Day to day you will be working autonomously and within the team wearing multiple hats. Therefore you will need to be mature minded and be able to prioritise to meet deadlines. The role would suit a motivated individual that can use their initiative to strive through their daily responsibilities, is proactive, willing to go the extra mile for the team and has a great sense of humour.


Responsibilities

  • Managing the day to day running of the small office
  • Coaching and developing administration staff
  • Reporting and analysing data
  • Previous experience developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • HR administration
  • Organising team meetings both on site and off site
  • Event Coordination
  • Assisting with any other general administration as requested

Your Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a Office Management/Operations Coordinator position
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience within the pharmaceutical / medical device industry is desirable
  • Highly organised and ability to multi-task
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
