About

A prestigious Architectural company is seeking a bubbly and switched on Administration Manager / HR Coordinator to join their close knit and fast paced team in North Sydney.

The Role

As the Administration Manager / Recruitment Consultant, you will be reporting to the Managing Director and providing overall HR Support and Administration Management where needed.

Day to day responsibilities:

Administration Management

  • Oversee the Receptionist and junior administration staff
  • Delegate administration tasks to administration staff
  • Consistent staff evaluation
  • Manage office memberships
  • Implement new office policies and procedures
  • Review and place stationary orders
  • Oversee the maintenance of office supply's
  • Manage office systems
  • Update office layouts
  • Manage office insurances
  • Provide PA assistance to MD when required
  • Travel and meetings management
  • Reception relief when needed

Recruitment / HR Coordinator

  • On-boarding of new employees
  • Off-boarding existing employees
  • Conducting exit interviews
  • Recruitment
  • Placing job advertisements
  • Attracting calibre candidates
  • Preparing staff contracts
  • Staff leave management
  • General HR administration

Skills Required

This role requires a high level of communication, customer service and professionalism as you will constantly be dealing with important internal and external stakeholders.

In addition you will have:

  • MS Office skills
  • Recruitment / HR experience is desirable
  • Administration experience is a must
  • Resilience when faced with challenges
  • The confidence and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to deal with multiple personalities
  • A high level of time management skills
