job description

My client is a nationally well known brand and is respected for helping independently and family owned businesses succeed. They are in search for a Administration Coordinator who will join their fast paced and busy sales team.

This is an exciting permanent opportunity and the successful candidate will be required to be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Your Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Creating daily sales call lists and actively sell daily deals as directed by buyers
  • Generate and review daily and weekly reports to drive sales and minimise losses
  • Liaise daily with buyers to promote produce, stock ordering and estimates.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure stock issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Accurately submit orders and manage the customer database to ensure accuracy

Your Skills:

  • Proven 2+ years experience in a similar sales position
  • Experience within the FMCG sector particularly in fresh food
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment and maintain good customer relationships
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills – ability to communicate well with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to make appropriate decisions and suggestions from analysing data
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications at an intermediate level specifically Excel and Word
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
