Our clients in the construction, property, engineering and logistics industries are currently seeking on-going temp and permanent Office Coordinators/ Administrators in the Melbourne CBD.

The role may include:

  • Accounts Payable and Data Entry
  • General administration and smooth running of the office
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Travel Organisation

The successful applicant will have:

  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi task
  • Friendly, professional and courteous nature
  • Superior time management skills to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple duties
