Due to the recent growth of our client, Randstad are currently seeking an experienced Rental Administrator in our Contracts and billing department.

We are lookig for a passionate and strong Administrator who will be able to manage and deliver professional, timely and efficient administrative support to the business in the area of Contracts and Billing.

Please note this role will require someone flexibly to work on a rotating roster Monday to Friday from 6.am to 8pm.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Liaise with sales and operations as required to expedite transactions and documentation
  • Measures of success: Average Days to Invoice, Contracts Not Invoiced, On-hold billing numbers
  • Maintains productive interactions with sales and operations as required to invoice contracts.
  • Responds in timely manner to internal or external customer queries for information or support
  • Provide back-up support to other members of the team as required so that team service levels are maintained
  • Work in conjunction with Accounts Receivable (AR) to help resolve queries and expedite payments from customers as required
  • Maintain customer files and documentation in accordance with agreed standards and compliance\
  • Processes contracts, adjustments and invoices in the order processing systems, same day received in accordance with agreed service levels.

General Administration

  • Professional answering of telephones
  • Respond to enquiries and information requests from local service centers
  • Routine clerical and administrative duties including filing own work and administrative process
  • Contact with Customer Solutions Centre Manager, local service centers, internal and external customers and Area General Manager
  • Compliance of all OHS policies and procedures
