What: Exciting opportunities for anyone who would love to get into the Public sector. Has level 2-3 administration skill set. Starting on a 3-6 month contract with possible extension for the right candidates.
Multiple locations: East Perth, Joondalup, Nedlands, Perth CBD locations
Pay bracket: $35-45ph + Super (TEMP)
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Provision of administrative and business support.
- Experience using a range of computer software, MS office suite.
- Scanning documents
- Ability to follow procedures and processes accurately and effectively.
- Transcribes source data into the required electronic format.
- Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
- Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
- Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
- Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work organisation with the ability to meet work schedules and deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience working with customers from diverse social and cultural backgrounds, and vulnerable customers, in a sensitive and culturally appropriate way
- Manage reception and telephone enquiries. Receive, redirect and screen telephone calls as required.
Essential Experience/skills:
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite Skills
- Strong alpha and numerical data entry skills
- Highly developed communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Strong team player and ability to work independently
- Previous Administration experience (we are open to any industry)
- Great work ethic and be able to work well under pressure and unsupervised
- Positive approach to the workplace
