job description

Randstad are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a vibrant candidate to join an established team as an Administration Assistant.

Based in Mulgrave, you will be responsible for the following:

Office Administration:

  • Manage the reception desk (e.g. taking phone calls, handling mail, booking couriers and other day to day activities)
  • Reorder office supplies
  • Manage Repairs & Maintenance for copiers, printers, etc.
  • Organise Company Events & Meetings
  • Check general Email inboxes
  • Filing
  • Send out company magazines to customers (quarterly)
  • Order customer gifts and business cards
  • Reconcile and code 3PL invoices & send for payment
  • Process weekly customs invoices

Customer Service Support

  • Daily invoicing – customer invoicing
  • Support Customer Service Team with general duties

Back up Office Management:

  • Process supplier invoices via online invoice system
  • Reconcile expenses via online system
  • Monitor bank accounts and cashflow

This position will initially be a 12 month contract.
