Randstad are currently recruiting for an impeccable & versatile Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join a leader within the Engineering, Design & Construction space.This is a flexible opportunity for the right candidate to move into on a Full Time Permanent or Temp to Perm basis.

Daily duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answer all incoming calls and provide high level customer service
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Look after meeting rooms and ensure Reception area immaculate
  • Assist the teams with general administrative tasks
  • Coordinating events
  • Scanning and filing
  • Order stationary and office supplies
  • Facilities management
  • Mail and couriers
  • Kitchen tidy
  • Submit applications
  • Check & issue site inspection reports
  • Preparation of fee proposals

The ideal candidates will have the following skills/attributes:

  • Great telephone manner and communication skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organised and able to work well under pressure
  • Previous experience and desire to increase skill set in a new environment
  • QLD Drivers Licence
