Randstad are currently partnering with a successful wealth management & financial planning organisation to source an administration assistant (office support all rounder) to help further drive and support this well established team. The annual salary for this position will be between $50,000-$60,000 + Super (dependent on your experience) and your working hours will be full time, Monday-Friday, no weekend work!

As the Administration Assistant, you will work alongside 3 other administrators to support the wider office in all aspects of administration and client customer service. Your day to day responsibilities may vary each day so we are looking for someone who likes to keep busy and someone who demonstrates a passion for delivering tasks within strict timeframes. Some of the day to day tasks may include;

  • Responding to inbound client phone and email queries
  • Creating and maintaining client files
  • Database management
  • Updating the Xplan and CRM database & making sure files are compliant
  • Coordinate client bookings and maintain Financial Planner’s diaries
  • Prepare and lodge documentation

Prior experience in the wealth management & financial planning industry is a must have, in addition to Xplan experience.
