About your new role
As the dedicated Receptionist, you will be tasked with being the first point of contact for the office. Taking phone enquiries from the community, handling enquiries from walk-ins as well as general office management tasks.
● Answer the phone and direct calls to the correct offices
● Greet and assist customers with enquiries
● Greet visitors and direct to meeting rooms
● Create and manage digital and hard copy filing systems
● Printing and photocopying of office documentation
● Maintain up to date internal phone and email contact lists

What you will need
As the first point of contact, a commitment to a high level of customer services is essential. We want our customers to be greeted with a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. We need you to have excellent communication and multitasking skills and a positive attitude.
● Exceptional customer service skills
● Professional phone manner
● Experience taking calls in an office environment
● Knowledge of Microsoft products
● Ability to touch type with accuracy - min 35 wpm
