Our client, a leading pharmacy group, are currently recruiting for multiple Administration Assistants for on-going contracts in their Brisbane Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your experience in the pharmaceutical industry to the next level.

  • Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

What are the duties?

  • General administrative support for the office
  • Updating manuals
  • Preparation of documents
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Inputing & updating information in spread sheets
  • Diary management

What skills will you need to succeed?

  • Great telephone manner and communication skills
  • Intermediate level of Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organised and able to work well under pressure
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent studies
