Randstad are currently partnering with a professional services consultancy located in the western suburbs to recruit a new Training Coordinator. Our client is an industry leader and offers training courses across Australia and overseas. They have adopted a practical yet down to earth approach which has meant their business has grown substantially over the last few years. Describing themselves as a close knit and supportive team, they are looking forward to welcoming the new Training Coordinator into their busy team.

As the Training Coordinator you will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for all things training related, really allowing you to own your role. Your key responsibilities will include;

  • Formatting and editing powerpoint presentations
  • Responding to customer enquires via phone and email
  • Coordination of enrolments for courses and participant correspondence
  • Coordination of instructors and training facilities
  • Compiling of course materials
  • Creation of certificates
  • Maintenance of training register
  • Reporting on training activities

In addition to the above, we are looking for someone who is willing to support the broader office with additional ad hoc administration tasks. Flexibility and a positive attitude is required in order to be successful in this role.

Successful candidates will have an advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, available to commence at 8:30am on training days (standard start time will be 9am) and have high level communication skills, both verbal and written.
