• After one week of onsite training in Laverton, the position becomes fully work-from-home, offering excellent flexibility

Administration & Office Support

• Manage shared inboxes, enquiries and general documentation

• Prepare correspondence, reports and meeting materials for the Managing Director

• Prepare reports from operations and finance data

• Maintain organised filing systems and compliance records

• Assist with onboarding paperwork, internal communication and workflow support

Accounts Support

• Managing and processing of AP/AP & bank reconciliations

• Monitor outstanding items (invoices, remittances, account queries)

• Update finance spreadsheets, logs and trackers

• Liaise with suppliers/customers regarding simple account queries

• Assist with month-end preparation, including filing, data checks and report support

About you

• Strong administrative & accounts background

• Comfortable with spreadsheets, data accuracy and structured processes

• High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Able to work independently in a remote environment
