job description

The admin trainer role is to prepare for implementation for training in all forms. You will provide admin and logical support to a team and assist in activities to ensure training and activities are successful completed.


  • Improve and maintain admin systems and practices
  • Ad hoc duties
  • Travel management for the team when required
  • Prepare feedback for training materials
  • Organise events including presentations and briefing
  • Set ups for new trainers and developers
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholder

  • Coordinate facilities maintenance, servicing, repairs and soft services for the Sydney office – floor walks – contacting contractors for works.
  • Supporting emergency and environmental management (WHS)
  • Provide high level admin and office support for functions (office security – issuing passes, maintenance of equipment, mail and reception services)
  • New-starter assistance with IT set-up, office inductions etc.
  • Manage and maintain corporate operations policies, procedures and data bases
  • Managing the Facilities Administrator


  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience with working on a project
  • Organised with time management
  • Advanced computer skills


  • $450 daily rate + super
  • Contract role until mid of August 2018
  • CBD location
