Our clients are looking for experienced and high-level Administration Officers & Receptionists. We have various contract roles available.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Secretarial duties
  • Client engagement
  • Working alongside EA
  • Ensure smooth running of admin, customer orders, despatches, and bookkeeping
  • Accept and process customer orders
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Payroll queries
  • Filing
  • Maintain Employee records
  • Reporting

Role requirements & criteria:

  • Process-driven
  • Flexible availability
  • Problem-solving
  • A high level of proven experience in Administration
  • Advanced MS Word
  • MS Excel
  • Drivers licence
