Your New Role

A typical day in your new role will involve providing key administrative and internal support to the project team and project manager as well as coordinating the feild techs.

Your key duties

  • Project coordinating and stakeholder management.
  • Comprehensive administration support to the Project Manager.
  • Providing clients with a high level service from end-to-end as their key point of contact.
  • Scheduling service technicians.
  • Assist in planning and deployment of labour.
  • Coordinating documentation needed for associated projects.
  • Maintain operational accountability for projects, schedules and resources internally and externally.

Your profile

  • Recent proven, stable experience in a similar coordinator, scheduling or project role will be well regarded.
  • A genuine desire to assist internal and external operations.
  • Be extremely reliable and able to work full-time hours.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both in oral and written form.
  • Sound skills in problem solving and planning.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Proven ability to add value as a part of a diverse and dedicated team.
