job description

A highly regarded family run business looking for a qualified Accounts/Administrator to joinl their head office team in located in Melbourne's inner north area.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices in MYOB
  • Preparing payments in MYOB
  • Qikkids software - bookings/payments/equires
  • Processing of fortnightly timesheets for payroll (fortnightly)
  • Invoice generation, banking, accounts
  • Purchase order and quotation creation
  • Ordering supplies
  • Assisting with weekly newsletter
  • HR - advertising and sourcing of staff, preparation of contracts and new employee inductions
  • Training - Online learning modules
  • Employee safety compliance, monitoring of registrations, licences etc.
  • General ad-hoc tasks as required

What you will need:

  • MYOB software experience (essential)
  • At least 3 years experience required
  • High attention to detail
  • Computer literacy
  • Excel, Word & Publisher knowledge
  • Excellent organisational, written and verbal skills
  • Operations and systems knowledge
  • Can do attitude with ability to 'think on your feet'
  • Ability to work individually and part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
