Your new ​firm​
This reputable accounting firm in the Newcastle area is well known for being caring and down to earth and always willing to help. About you
With a strong administrative background within accounting you have a good understanding of ASIC and tax standards. You are a quick thinker and capable of process improvement. You have a minimum 2 years administrative experience within an accounting firm and have a positive, can-do attitude. You love to work with happy and like minded people who are driven and passionate about their work and lives in general.

Your new role
As one of 3 administrative expert, you will work together under a team of 4 accountants and look after ATO portal use. There will be some client contact and phone dealings with the ATO as well as general administrative duties where needed. You will have an understanding of job logins and job log outs and be using MYOB and Xero software, so previous experience or an innate ability to pick up new software is essential.
