We are seeking an Accounts Receivable / Business Support candidate for a leading merchandising company based in Helensvale. The company specialises in bringing brands to life, offering a range of solutions including merchandise, events, and corporate attire to help businesses stand out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and credits across multiple business units.
- Receipt and reconcile customer payments.
- Manage the Accounts Receivable inbox and resolve inquiries.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations.
- Enter and update information in ERP (Cin-7), CRM (HubSpot), and customer portals.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with Xero, ERP systems (Cin-7) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
