Lead a small team of Accounts Receivable Officers within a growing organisation.

About the role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead a small team of Accounts Receivable Officers. This role will involve promoting teamwork to achieve organisational goals.

Key duties:

  • Review, monitor and implement improvements to the Accounts Receivable processes
  • Support direct reports in solving problems and provide guidance for difficult issues
  • Maintain master list of fee charges
  • Process refunds on request for credit functions via cheque or direct debit
  • Maintain records to ensure outstanding debtors are followed up
  • Ensure the accuracy of monthly billings reconciliation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organisation

About you:

You are somebody with a high level of communication skills, excellent personal presentation and customer service skills. You have highly developed emotional intelligence and have recent experience leading a team of Accounts Receivable Officers. In addition, you also have:

  • Experience with full function Accounts Receivable processing
  • Problem solving and analytical abilities
  • The ability to liaise with members at all levels of the organisation
  • Accurate and high standard of work in a high volume environment
  • Excellent phone manner and the ability to effectively solve problems with an empathetic approach
