Your Role:

This is a full time permanent position reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager:

• Ensure the processing of invoices in an efficient and timely manner
• Provide customer service to both internal staff and creditors.
• Processing supplier and subcontractor invoices, distribution of accounts payable emails and mail
• Review and process employee expense claims
• Reconcile supplier statements, direct debit payments and credit cards
• Payment runs including EFT, B-Pay, FX.
• Maintain vendor files and provide payment and status information
• Ad hoc tasks as required by the Accounts Payable Manager and support internal staff

About you:

• 2-3 years related experience
• A demonstrated ability for accuracy
• Strong organisational skills and multitasking capabilities
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• The ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and highly developed interpersonal skills
