We are seeking someone to join a leading and fast growing food manufacturing company located in the Pyrmont region. You will be required to demonstrate a strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment, while delivering excellent customer service and working effectively as part of a team.

6 month contract with view for extension to 12 months

$30/hr + super

Working knowledge on SAP (highly regarded)

15 min walk from Town Hall Station

In this role you’ll be involved in:

  • Ensure purchase orders are coded, approved and processed correctly
  • Identify any discrepancies and resolve appropriately
  • Follow up on any missing information
  • Processing and scanning of invoices
  • Provide data and information to internal stakeholders as required
  • General administrative tasks and filing

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Working knowledge of SAP (highly regarded)
  • Previous exposure in accounts payable or have worked in a busy office
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediately available
  • Own transport
