We are looking for enthusiastic professional who will be an important resource that supports the Senior Business Partner and Business Partners for one of our clients. This role will see you performing financial related activities that contribute to the effective delivery of financial services to the organisation including support of annual budgeting and forecasting, financial and management reporting.

Working as a part of finance team your daily tasks will include:

  • Following up accounts payable and accounts receivable queries
  • Raising purchase orders, process invoices and credit notes
  • Validating daily bank payments and allocating to the correct customer accounts
  • Reconciliation of customer accounts to identify amounts outstanding or disputes
  • Production of complex invoices using information supplied by the sales team
  • Receiving invoices from suppliers
  • End of month reporting including forecasting
  • Coding invoices to the appropriate cost centre
  • Dealing with internal and external enquiries

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate experience of both Accounts Payable and Receivable in large, complex organisations. You will have worked with a recognised ERP system such as SAP, Oracle or JDE. You will be a positive team player able to work a changing environment.
