accounts officer / bookkeeper.

Randstad is recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper / administrator for an immediate start. Due to significant growth, this is a great opportunity to join a successful metal and powder coating company on the Gold Coast.

Not only will you be an experienced bookkeeper, you will be a forward thinker and willing to assist the management and operations team on a daily basis

Key responsibilities -

• Responsible for weekly payroll
• Accounts receivable and payable
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare quarterly BAS statements
• General administration duties such as answering phone calls, stakeholder engagement and answering emails
• Assisting the general manager and director when required

Ideally you will have

• Experienced in bookkeeping essential
• Cert 3 in bookkeeping and accounting highly desirable
• Experience using xero
• CRM experience desirable
• Strong data entry skills
• High attention to detail
• Proficient with microsoft office
