The Role

  • Accounts payable tasks, including: account allocation and data entry of all creditor documentation
  • Monthly reconciliation of petty cash and credit cards
  • Assist in end of month close of accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable functions such as debtor processing
  • Management of payroll functions
  • Document control

  • Sound experience across Xero, SAP and MS Suite
  • Proven track record handling multiple accounts functions including AP and AR
  • Professional manner
