Randstad are currently seeking an experienced, self-motivating individual to join our client in the South East.

You must be confident and professional, with a strong attention to detail.

Reporting to the Office Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a portfolio of your own clients
  • Preparation of reports and reconciliations
  • General office duties

To ensure your success in this position you must have:

Experience in a similar or bookkeeping/banking/accounting role
Intermediate or Advanced with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook

  • Minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Time management
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Current drivers licence

Full training in systems will be provided and there is room for career progression.

This position is full-time with hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm with weekly 2 hour rostered time off (38 hour week) with immediate commencement.
