le you will assist with the financial accounting, budgeting and forecasting, whilst partnering with the business to provide insights and support commercial initiatives. The role will require working collaboratively across commercial and operational teams to ensure General Managers are provided a clear understanding of the financial performance of their respective business units. Responsibilities also include assisting the transactional accounting teams and overseeing the month end process and preparation of monthly reconciliations and management accounts. In addition, you will be required to implement process improvements that enhance the accuracy and efficiency of business processes.

This role reports to the Finance Manager with a team of 6 in finance. The culture is extremely conducive and collaborative, and WFH and flexibility is possible once you have picked up the ropes into the job.
skills & requirements for the job
You should possess a CPA OR CA, or at least on track to obtaining the credential. You must come equipped with minimum 5 years of accounting experience, and prior working experience in an ASX-listed company is desirable. The ideal candidate must have the flexibility to work and liaise with colleagues in a fast-paced environment and be adaptive to change. This role is well-suited for somebody with good communication and interpersonal skills as you will need to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders from corporate office workers to farmers.
