Your New Company

You will join a leading service provider located nearby to Rydalmere in a vibrant corporate office setting. You will join a high performing, skilled team in a company that is a well known iconic Australian brand name and market leader in their field.

Your New Role

  • Provide excellent customer service to both new and existing customers
  • Offer a consultative approach to your sales calls
  • Determine best approach to deliver to customers needs
  • Upsell and cross sell a range of products and campaigns
  • Following up on leads
  • Making outbound calls to customers and clients

Your Profile will demonstrate:

  • Proven customer service and sales experience
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Multi-task and prioritise to ensure standards and KPI’s are met
  • Practical experience with various tools including MS word, Excel and Google Docs
