This opportunity is to join a supportive team as thier Account Manager, as the company has grown rapidly YOY, they now need further support ot manage thier portfolio of SMB accounts.

The role will compromise of:

Sales & Account Management

  • Handling web leads, inbound calls, enquiries and generating additional revenue via phone and email in a timely manner
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales key performance indicators such as, number of new customer contacts, number of lead conversions and number of closed sales
  • Qualifying and understanding all opportunities effectively, providing a customer centric service in line with customer needs
  • Working through the entire selling process including qualification, questioning, negotiating and closing deals
  • Confidently conduct product walk throughs and client meetings in order to demonstrate products and services
  • Managing the accounts of existing customer base to find additional opportunities to increase revenue
  • Cross-selling and up-selling new services to existing customer accounts
  • Proactively handling sales enquiries to maximise customer retention
  • Maintaining up to date records on the company’s CRM system (
  • Perform first-line Support for existing customers – via telephone and email

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a relationship/account management position and be a confident communicator with the ability to drive, negotiate and close sales. You will be a logical thinker with a proactive approach to winning additional business from existing customers.
