The Company:

Our client is part of a leading national organization who specialize in a range of Timber & Hardware products for both the commercial and residential construction sectors.

A family owned business for more than 100 years, our client prides themselves on excellent service standards and look for individuals who exemplify this quality

Our client have seen steady growth in sales in Australia and enjoys a loyal and committed customer base. Due to this growth, they are looking to expand the team to aggressively increase their market share through the acquisition of additional projects in the Melbourne market.

The Role:

The purpose of this appointment is to grow our client’s market share and revenues in the construction market in Melbourne, whilst simultaneously servicing and growing the revenue streams within their existing client base. Working closely with the sales manager, project team and production departments your purpose will be to target a multi-faceted customer base of Tier 2 - 4 Builders and contractors in the metro area.

The customer base is familiar with the products through marketing and strong brand reputation.

You will be proud to work for a market leader and you will relish the challenge of strategically targeting new projects within your account base. This is a fantastic opportunity as the business is there and the growth is inevitable. You will have full autonomy to shine brightly in this role and moving forward you will be well placed to progress your career beyond that of a front line sales person.

The Applicant:

Ideally you will have B2B solution sales experience in the construction industry.
