What you need

Prior experience as an accessory fitter or as an assembler.

Properly fit and install various motor vehicle accessories.
Own tool kit and relevant experience
Knowledge of motor vehicles and cable wiring

It would also good if you had any of the following

Mechanically minded
Electrically minded
Hand and power tool experience
Assembly line experience
