Key Responsibilities:
Construction Communications Support:
Provide communication strategies specifically for road construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Transition communication strategies from the construction phase to project planning and delivery, adapting materials and outreach as needed.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies, local communities, and contractors.
Manage community outreach, ensuring that communication is clear and transparent throughout the lifecycle of road construction and planning projects.
Content Creation:
Write and contribute to communication materials such as media releases, executive correspondence, speeches, and fact sheets for both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure all communication aligns with organizational goals, construction project timelines, and public service values.
Risk Assessment and Issue Management:
Identify potential communication risks during the transition from construction to planning, proactively managing issues as they arise.
Develop mitigation strategies to ensure clear and timely communication.
Government Relations:
Build strong working relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, advocating for construction project needs.
Engage with government consultations and public forums to ensure smooth project delivery and community support.
Customer and Public Engagement:
