Your new position
This position is responsible for organising and providing high quality confidential, administrative and executive support to senior executives.
Your duties will include:
... - Deliver high-quality, confidential business support and administrative assistance to the Office
- Manage the Executive’s calendar, including organising meetings and preparing relevant documents.
- Support the Executive Officer in maintaining the Executive’s schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, conferences, seminars, and travel arrangements (flights and accommodation).
- Provide exceptional services to the Executive’s, including word processing, spreadsheet creation, presentation development, and data entry.
- Assist callers, screen and manage telephone calls, and redirect inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Your Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role you would have skills & experience in the following to be successful:
- Provides support to senior executives with a proven track record, within state government or similar.
- Manages workload efficiently within deadlines and adjusts priorities as needed.
- Works independently with minimal supervision and follows through on assignments.
- Communicates effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Handles multiple projects simultaneously and prioritises tasks to ensure timely completion.
What You’ll Receive
- $56.52 per hour plus super
- Short term contracts available
- ASAP commencement
- Brisbane CBD location
