The position available is an A04 Application Processing Officer on an initial contract until 30 June 2024 with potential for extension, paying $54.34 per hour plus super.

Your new position

• Provide collaborative leadership and supervision for the processing of submissions received from entitlement holders
• Prioritise and coordinate workflow processes, managing multiple and conflicting deadlines to achieve performance targets in accordance with departmental priorities and objectives.
• Undertake assessments and make recommendations on submissions in line with legislative requirements
• Provide written and verbal advice to internal and external customers on matters relating to submissions
• Provide project support to the Projects team including recommending business improvements and undertake other emergent projects as requested
• Streamline business processes and implement business improvements through revised policies/work procedures.
• Ability and skills to operate a variety of software packages to ensure quality customer service is delivered and maintained.

Your Skills and Experience
