randstad technologies candidate referral scheme.

If an individual refers a candidate to Randstad Technologies for a specific role that we in turn place into that specific role, the individual that referred the candidate may be eligible* to receive a voucher (a prepaid Visa or similar card) as per the below schedule:

    This scheme commences on 1st January 2019 and expires at midnight on 31st January 2020.

    Any referrals made prior to commencement or after expiry of the Term will not be eligible to participate in the Scheme.

    Please note the candidate must not be somebody that Randstad Technologies has already contacted for the same role they are being referred, or somebody that we have been speaking to within 4 weeks of the referral.

    The referral is valid for the role(s) the candidate is being referred for at the time of the referral. Not for additional roles contacted about once the candidate is on our system.

    The candidates contact details and or CV must be sent to the relevant Randstad consultant via email at the time of the referral.

    The Referral Voucher is a net payment. Randstad is not responsible for any taxes, as required by law, arising from the provision of the Referral Voucher.

    The referred person must have consented to having their personal information provided to Randstad for this Scheme prior to the date of the referral. You indemnify Randstad for any claim arising out of your failure to procure such consent.  Randstad will comply with the Privacy Act 1988 in its handling and storage of such personal information.

    It is your responsibility to contact your designated Randstad recruitment consultant in order to claim your Referral Voucher. You must claim your voucher within 30 days of the Voucher due date.

    To the extent permitted by law, Randstad is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with entry into the Scheme or acceptance of the Referral Gift.

    Participation in the Scheme is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
