Angelica's success story.

While I was doing temp work for Randstad, I was offered a 12-month Marketing Internship. During this time I was provided proper training on different programs that were used within the company, participated in off-site strategy days and learnt an immeasurable amount about being in the workplace.

At the end of my internship I was offered a full-time role as a Marketing Assistant where I officially started my first full-time job, just in time for the end of my university degree!

Stephanie's success story.

I got my Certificate III qualification in 2015, and did a work placement at Spunky Monkey's ELC Bangor before completing my diploma qualification in 2016. I registered with Randstad and was offered ongoing casual work at Bambinos Kindergarten Caringbah. At the end of this placement I started an ongoing booking at Tillman Park where I am currently getting 2-3 shifts a day.

Samantha's success story.

I recently graduated but was only able to secure temporary and casual positions in my field of secondary teaching, as schools were reluctant to take on someone with less than 3 years teaching experience. Randstad secured an interview for me at The Waranara Centre where they found my caring and empathetic approach perfect for them. As a result I was able to secure a permanent position and am now working towards my accreditation.

Gabi's success story.

I started working in OSH as I was studying my Bachelor of Education and wanted to gain more experience with school-aged children. After registering with Randstad online I began casual work, and after a few short months I was offered a permanent part time position with the YMCA. Because of this I am now able to balance my studies with consistent work.

Jasmine's success story.

I am a new graduate and registered for casual teaching. Randstad was able to place me in a temporary position at Lurnea Public School, who has now offered me a position for the rest of the academic year.
