Industry Report Highlights Randstad and SourceRight Solutions as Leaders in the Evolution of Managed Service Provider (MSP) Solutions

Proven results, breadth of service and global reach underscore Randstad and SourceRight as top providers.

Randstad and SourceRight Solutions, a Randstad company, recognised as a leading global managed service provider (MSP) by Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2011 VMS and MSP Supplier Competitive Landscape report.

Findings from the report highlight MSP market growth, an increasing demand for solutions that deliver strategic value beyond cost-savings, and several major acquisitions as large providers expand capabilities to address new demand.

A notable consolidation was the acquisition of SFN Group, the parent company of leading MSP provider SourceRight, by Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment & HR services companies in July 2011. As one of the most high-profile industry acquisitions in the last two years, the result is a combined presence that re-affirms the company’s position as a leader in its market, with the MSPs of both organisations resulting in a total spend of $4.4 billion (USD) in 2010.

Based on the report findings, Randstad and SourceRight combine to lead the industry in total number of MSP clients, and they share a top-three position in combined-volume for MSP spend under management and hybrid MSP engagements. The company also ranks as the leading provider in the healthcare sector.
